Leading digital transformation projects for Accenture clients, including a global cruise company, a major US airline, a large restaurant chain, and an insurance client. Responsible for client-facing relationship, engagement financials, technical direction, and engagement personnel. Consistent record of delivering on time, within planned profitability, and obtaining excellent client ratings. Projects ranged between US$250k-$7M, with teams up to 30 combined onshore and offshore, covering strategy, creation of centers of excellence, technical architecture, and application delivery. Bootstrapped Accenture’s Digital Agriculture offering that generated a US$50M+ commercial pipeline. Named co-inventor of the solution. Hands-on involvement on Proof of Concept used to obtain funding for the program, and responsibility for the technical architecture design and team ramp-up for the first commercial iteration of the solution.

Bootstrapped portfolio of growth initiatives for the region (22 new projects with ~US$3b realized revenue). Leveraged resources (teams, processes, etc.) across the organization to push projects to completion.

Designed remediation and compliance plans for a major financial corporation, managing a 30+ people team. Developed Analytics and Decision Support Systems for Colombian National Road Agency to manage the US$200 million yearly budget for national road infrastructure maintenance.
