Drove the regional strategic process, improving regional revenue (from $990M, 7.8% in ’09 to $1.5b, 11.8% in ’10, $1.7b, 12.1% in ’11) and inorganic growth. Consolidated the regional strategy and BD governance process (adopted, adapted and improved best practices). Led the 2009 and 2010 Strategy Summits for regional strategy definition.
