  • Designed the Y2K-compliance plans for a major financial corporation, led the client's I/T team (30+ people) in the implementation. Client did not have any Y2K-related business disruption.
  • Developed Executive Information, Decision Support and Work Management Systems for Colombian National Road Agency to support the administration of a US$200 million budget to maintain the national road infrastructure.
  • Managed a US$ 0.5 million contract with the Colombian government to provide on-line Internet presentation of electoral statistics and results during National Presidential Elections of 1998.
